Pledge to vote. Make the commitment to yourself and your community.
Will you commit to voting during the upcoming election?
As citizens, voting is one of our most important privileges and responsibilities. But all too often we don't commit to voting. Will you? Start by pledging to vote above, and then share your plan for getting to the polls.
Outlined below is Michael's voting plan. It sounds simple, but thinking ahead makes it exponentially more likely that we make it to the polls. Just share your own plan in the comments below, and then pass it along to your colleagues and friends to make it easier for others to get out and vote.
Michael's Voting Plan:
"My voting plan is to wake up early on Election Day, go to the polls right away, and make sure that I'm back in the office no more than 30 minutes later than usual. Then, I'll have a relaxed day, take it easy at work, and go home early so that I can watch the election returns with some close friends."
